Please do not send detailed medical information, test results, Medicare details or payment-card details through our general website contact form. Use our secure booking or clinical process instead.

We use Halaxy for online booking, practice management and telehealth. Depending on your appointment type, Halaxy may be used for in-person bookings, secure video consultations, telephone consultations, clinical records, invoices and payments.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. We take reasonable steps to protect information and use secure clinical systems for health information wherever practical.

5. When we may share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary for your care, our legal obligations or the operation of our practice.
